Its strange, the shrine Jackal is not my no.1 on the list, its either no.2 or no.3, its the only one I got.If there was a full set of reforged skins I would’ve bought them without so much a twitch of doubt.While the Avian Raptor is also very cool, I know I won’t use it enough to justify the cost.

I can see the mounts earned in game usually having interesting shapes and lore appropriate themes that fit them into the world. Particularly flashy and highly detailed skins would be from very hard content and the shop (even in this hypothetical GW2 is still a non-sub game and needs flashy things in the gem store).

All in all there is a massive variety of choices that make every skin unique. For example I use the Roadrunner Raptor skin which basically turns the raptor into a Chocobo from Final Fantasy lol. And today there is a free choice mount skin in the store so you can preview a ton of them there. The free one has all the mount license skins up to end
