My Kinect sports disc is not working in Xbox 360. NTSC. I checked out every option. I get the message "unrecognized disc". Then bought the second one. From the first day I'm getting the same message. Couldn't identify the problem. Can you help me?
I do have the proper power adaptor; I do have the correct software and license. I tried removing all USB devices, rebooting my laptop, rebooting the Kinect, plugging the kinect only back in, and it still does not work. I get the white Kinect link in the app, but when I click to open kinect, it states Load Mocap Device Plugin Failed.
